A no-nonsense BBQ sauce inspired by the working-class grills of America’s industrial heartland. Rust Belt Red brings malt vinegar, black treacle, cracked black pepper, and spice together in a bold, smoky tomato base. This one’s punchy, proud, and made to be used generously.
Perfect for beef short ribs, thick burgers, sausage sandwiches, or brushing onto slow-cooked brisket. Add it to chilli, use as a sandwich spread, or stir into stew for smoky warmth. Great with grilled cauliflower steaks and sweetcorn ribs too.
