3. Orders & Product Availability
All orders placed through this site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refund an order if an item is unavailable or if there is an error in pricing or product description.
4. Delivery
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.
- Standard delivery time is 3–5 working days from dispatch.
- We primarily use DPD for deliveries, but may use other reputable courier services depending on location and logistics.
- Once dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.
- We do not compensate for late deliveries caused by couriers, weather disruptions, or other factors beyond our control.
5. Returns & Refunds (Non-Food Items Only)
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on sauces or consumable items unless they are damaged, incorrect, or defective.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will assess and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
6. Prices & Payments
All prices listed are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Payments are processed securely via our payment gateway (e.g. Stripe, PayPal). We do not store or have access to your payment details.
7. Digital Products
Some products, such as downloadable recipe books, are delivered digitally and are available for immediate download after completing checkout. These are for personal use only and may not be redistributed.
